LumiScan provides cosmetic wellness insights and routine guidance. It is not a medical diagnosis service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

• The LumiScan iOS app
• Related services used to deliver app features (authentication, AI processing, subscriptions, and support)

2. Data We Collect

A. Data you provide

• Account sign-in data (if you sign in with Apple or Google), such as account identifiers and email made available by your provider.
• Chat content you send in Ask Lumi.
• Onboarding and routine inputs (for example, skin concerns, sensitivities, sleep/water habits).

B. Photo and analysis data

• Face photos captured in the app.
• Derived analysis outputs (for example, appearance scores, summaries, trends, routine steps).

C. Face Data

• LumiScan collects face photos that users choose to capture in the app for cosmetic skin analysis. These photos may show the user’s face and visible skin condition.
• LumiScan does not collect Face ID data, TrueDepth data, faceprints, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or facial geometry used to identify or authenticate a person.
